The Homeowners Association for Lighthouse Point, Kearney, Nebraska is a non-profit organization incorporated with the task of insuring all common property in this premier subdivision is properly maintained.  The Association is also tasked with insuring all covenants are adhered to by all property homeowners.

The Lighthouse Point Homeowners Association hosts an Annual Picnic in the fall.  All members are encouraged to attend the annual picnic as we celebrate life with inflatables for the kids, music for the adults and wonderful food potluck style. 

​

The entire membership meets each May to share news of the association, discuss board actions, and plan for the future.
